New Patient Appointments
A £30 deposit is required when booking a New Patient Appointment online.
This forms part of the appointment fee, with the remaining balance payable at the end of your appointment.
Appointments & Cancellations
Please do try to arrive on time - if you are running late, we cannot always guarantee a full treatment session, though the full fee will still apply.
All patients under 16 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their appointment.
We kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Cancellations or rearrangements made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, will be charged at the full appointment fee.

Private Health Insurance
We are registered with the following private health insurance providers:
- AXA Health
- WPA
- Simply Health
- Vitality Health
- Aviva
If you are using private health insurance, please check your cover with your insurer and contact the clinic before booking to confirm that we are recognised by your provider. Please have your membership or policy number and authorisation number available where applicable.
Payment is made directly to Total Balance Osteopathy, and you will be provided with a receipt to reclaim the cost from your insurer.
Please note that fees, cover and excess payments may vary depending on your insurer and individual policy.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for osteopathic treatment and make a thoughtful gift for friends or family.
Whatever the occasion, a Total Balance Osteopathy gift voucher is the perfect present for someone to relax, unwind and invest in their wellbeing.
Please contact the clinic to arrange a voucher purchase. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
